Privacy Policy

Sweet Slice Policy:

1. If you or your driver/house help ruin or break the cake, once we've handed it to you in perfect condition, we don't take responsibility for the damages. If you want it fixed (given that there is time and we are open) you'll be charged half the amount of the total again.

2. No credit payments.

3. No order is confirmed without at least 50% advance payment.

4. No refunds if the order isn't cancelled/ rescheduled at least 48 hours before hand.

5. We try to make our own interpretation of the cake designs you share. We have the right to exercise artistic licensure to make your cake the best tasting, aesthetically pleasing and a fully balanced dessert. No one's art can be replicated 100% anyway.

6. Custom cake toppers/stencils need to be ordered a few days in advance and cost extra.

7. Floral arrangements on cakes will depend on the availability of artificial flowers + which fresh ones are in season and readily available.

8. Orders placed on short notice will be charged a premium price.

9. Orders that aren't picked up within 24+ hours of the agreed-upon time, they will be resold, donated or discarded.

10. Sweet slice happens to be a home based set up and not a drive through service. Spare 15 minutes, minimum, to ensure your cake is packed and is handed to you.
